A bank contract alone does nothing — the bank doesn't send transactions directly to e-Financials because e-Financials doesn't support it.
Brevis reads transactions from the bank, processes them, and automatically creates the corresponding entries in e-Financials. You don't have to do anything.
You need a bank contract (for data sharing) and Brevis (for forwarding data to e-Financials). Neither works alone.

E-Financials (e-arveldaja) is great accounting software, but it has one significant shortcoming — bank integration is missing.
Without Brevis, all bank transactions must be manually entered into e-Financials. Brevis is the only service in Estonia that automates this.
E-Financials is a web-based accounting software created by the Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK), located in the e-Business Register portal. It can be used by both entrepreneurs and their authorized persons (e.g. accountants).
